I think there is a newer NWAdmin that you should use named
NWADMIN32.EXE.  It works for all Win32 platforms (Win95,
Win98, WinNT4).

Also, you might want to post questions to one of the
comp.os.netware.* newsgroups.  fido.novell is not carried by
very many places and the traffic here is quite spartan
compared to comp.os.netware.*.
