Jim, what is 'trust land'?  Does this retain it as NA land?  Another
item I just saw in the newspaper was that the population on the Sarcee
reserve, which is more-or-less in the city of Calgary, has fallen from
about 2500 to about 1500 in the last five years.  I gather it's no great
shakes to be living in the rez (I have no inside information). OTOH, the
population of Calgary proper keeps rising steadily toward one million.
That's due to oil and gas industry prosperity.

I am not qualified to understand such a question, as I come from a long
line of persons devoid of business aptitude.  Hahaha.  But around here,
even I can see that land = money.
