Hey Kees!
KvE> Neither notation helps me with the proper pronunciation.
Nor does it help mixing iso-8859-1 with multibyte utf-8 characters. However I
did manage to decypher them despite the software not liking the mixture. I
suppose it could have been worse if you had used a crappy IBM/MS codepage. ;-)
KvE> However you write it I cannot pronounce it
Understood. I often have the same issue but will still press forward despite
any personal limitations. I doubt it will do any good but I figure it cannot
hurt any either considering the lack of use of these forums. After all someone
has to do it and I seem to be the only one brave enough to venture beyond my
boundaries.
KvE> If it suits them to make hardware with limited possibilities
KvE> usefull to them
Which hardware would that be? I am not convinced there is a single person
posting in this echo who is using hardware that has such limitations. The
software on the otherhand is probably the weak link ... not to mention the lack
of imagination and spine of the monkey at the keyboard. :::evil grin:::
Life is good,
Maurice
