Hemp is mentioned in the Iroquois Great Law of Peace also.  A mat was
woven of hemp specifically for the recitation of the law whenever it
was done.  The mat was then destroyed after one use.  This was done
whenever the govering officials forgot exactly what it said.  The law
itself was encoded in beadwork.
Unfortunately I lost my only copy of the Great Law in a disk crash.
Lost a lot of other docs too.  So again, I thank you for the uploads.
