Note that the so-called Palestinians were so grateful to the government of 
Jordan for providing shelter for them that they attempted to overthrow the
government there.  Which is why King Hussein threw them out thirty or
so years ago.

I've read that most of the peaceful Arabs living within Israel are better
off than their brethren in any of the bordering countries, whether or not
they're 'Palestinians.'  Apparently Israel *does* provide for those arabs
living within its borders.
