I have a new idea for reducing the federal deficit.  Elect a democrat 
president and as each of his cabinet member apologizes for not paying 
their back taxes, the deficit will be paid down.  It is disgusting how 
flippant these clowns are on this and the rest of the democrat party 
remains mute.  If this were anyone else, the taxpayer would be paying 
penalties and possibly going to jail.
