Now that you mention it -- I remember Cimeron's first day of kindergarten... 
the principal brought her home after just an hour and she was in total 
hysterics so bad she couldn't walk on her own anymore -- and he actually 
suggested that I homeschool her!!  However, I was in desperate need of a 
/break/ from her right then so I begged him for help and then the school did 
the intensive testing on her and placed her in a good special ed school.  If 
all we had here was the mainstream school, it would never have worked.  I 
remember, she was only allowed to attend kindergarten for an hour a day after 
that and it was tenuous.. and I had to stay right outside the classroom the
whole time in case something happened... but it was worth it to me because

she has a wonderful school where they are well equipped to handle the kinds 
f
behavior problems she has. 
(I am homeschooling her younger brother, age six.  She's seven now.)
