I have registered TW in the past as well as going thru the
version 1 to 2 upgrade process requiring a new registration
with no problems.
True it does take a while to get a response depending on the
number of people writing them but they did write me via Snail
Mail (U.S. Post Office) with the needed registration numbers.
I'd give them another week or two and see what turns up in the
mail.
