WOW, sounds hot!!! We are having a really warm day today at 60 F. For
this time of year, this is quite warm. Its usually in the 50s in May. We
do get some warmer days towards June, but not usually this early in the
month. We are very aware of how dramatically different the climates
are, as we see them on the weather station daily! Its good to make sure
the kids know what other people are getting. You have to keep them aware
of not only weather, but politcal climates as well. We have relative
peace here in North America, but that is not the case elsewhere, and is
even changing here, with an increase in terrorism.
My husbands subscription will run out any day now, so if I disappear,
you'll now why. I may get a new one myself, as I use it most. It would
make a nice birthday gift, (this Friday!) but I doubt they'll think of
it. Oh well, maybe I'll get it myself, maybe not. I would rather spend
the money on the internet. This local Board is not all that great, and
we have a real stickler sysop who thinks families shouldn't share the
access. In other words, Melissa and I shouldn't be allowed to be on here
at all. I think that's rather ridiculous, when John bought it so we
could all use it. I can see problems in areas of unauthorized use, but
he knows this is authorized! Anyway, the money would probably be better
spent elsewhere. Bye for now, and keep in touch while you still can! I
have less than 2 weeks left!
