subject: Setting up help in FPD

Hello Cy,
Thanks for your response to my request:
CW\ RB> I am starting to add 'context-sensative' help to my FPD2.6
application
CW\ The hardest thing about it is the making of a routine that will call it
\ with the topic set right. Since we wrote for our software a table driven
\ routine to report exactly where a user was when they involke (sp) a
\ feedback screen, I use a slight modification that uses that routine IF
he
\ current screen does NOT have title. It allows me to handle it without
\ having to make sure I put a line of code each and every screen.
FWIW, it's spelled invoke. :-)
This routine you speak of, does it have any advantage over using
SET TOPIC TO "xxxx"
as you proceed to each section of the application?
CW\ ... Human Error - It's all ***YOUR*** fault.
Yea, I've been told that more than once. ;-)>
