   I appreciate the apology, but I don't feel I was entitled to one.
   In some respects, youe interpretation of my comment was correct.  At first
glance, I doubted their ability to lift the patient.  My feeling had nothing
to do with their ability to administer proper treatment.  I know EMT's lift
people on a daily basis, but none of this size often enough for it to be as
easy task for them.  As it turned out, I was correct since the patient wasn't 
removed from the building until after others arrived to assist them.
   The point of my original post was not intended to focus on those who
responded to the call.  I was concerned mostly with the amount of time it
took for the patient to be transported to a hospital.  In my opinion, the
dispatcher dropped the ball, not those who responded.
