syscon is a dos prompt utility not a console prompt utility. after
installing a nic into a workstation and appropriate client software
logon to the server as supervisor, this account is created during the
install, your first login you will not need a password however I would
put one there imediately. your first network drive should be drive f:
Change to f: and then type syscon it is in that utility that you can
add users create grouos and login scripts and give right to directories
and files.
