Hello, all,

Just wanted everyone to know I'm still wasting oxygen.  :-)  Pressure
sores pretty much healed (sitting time still limited), but pain problems
and spine issues still worsening (doctors are no help.  Spent a few
days in hospital last month - might as well have stayed home.)  I
likely won't be typing much after this post, but I'll try to read.

I browsed some of my old haunts, and see nothing has changed but the
president and some Congresscritters.  Names, flames, and some issues in
between.  The shoe is back on the other foot after eight years, so the
right again has a president to scrutinize and criticize, and the left
has him to defend.  I'm sick of politicians - IMO, they're more
concerned with pandering to their bases than actually helping
America, or their state, but it's Obama's turn, so I'm watching him.
We're now on a streak of Dem politicians being caught dirty, or accused
of being dirty.  Also Cabinet nominees who forgot to pay
some taxes.  The circus continues.
