It isn't really a "problem". The PAS has 2 separate sound cards on one
board (a PAS and a SBpro), it uses 2 irqs and 2 addresses. That is why
it can do that. To get the same thing with a SB16 you must install 2
SB16s with differnt IRQs and addresses.
