Sorry, you are incorrect here.  Joe is NOT running bbbs, I am.  I am both
Joe and Gert's Uplink.

Joe states above he is running HTICK.  His mailer/bbs software is not BBBS
either..  This is from Joe's message which shows his mailer, echomail
software:

No one else has this problem except for Gert, btw.
