I don't have a solution, but I have a similar problem with Linux here.  In
windows with the same DNS settings I don't see it, but from some other
issues I am seeing, I am pretty sure it is DNS.  Will have to put some IP's
in the hosts file to see if I can figure it out.  I do know that the DNS
servers for this DSL service in Azerbaijan, really suck.  I often have to
reboot the modem just to get DNS back.
