    Yes, it does;  although it can also handle tmail style directories...

    One I was specifically thinking of is a Perl script that comes with
Fidogate called out-manip, which can be used to "change the flavor of
outbound files and create empty FLO files"....   I think I've seen at
least one other,
but I don't recall for sure as I've basically been using the out-manip
script ever since I first took a look at Fidogate...
