Is it forbidden here to write in another codepage? I did'nt found a
corresponding rule in the last "Automated monthly link check/echo rules".
Furthermore - I had no response about my doubts on the official language of
this echo. But I'm not arguing - after all I'm new here. Maybe there are rules
I just don't know yet.
Maybe there is a reason to make a "foolproof"-script which checks the charset
and eliminates such "issues". Or the soft way - simply sends a warning to the
violator?
