This message means that there is a conflict between network addresses on your
network.  One or more machines are specifying different net numbers for a
segment.  Remember:  a frame type can be represented by only ONE network number.
ie.  you can't bind 802.2  as net=c on one machine with another claiming 802.2 as
net=b on the same physical cable.

Reset routers will only serve to dump the current routing information... it won't
address the network number conflict.
