TM+I was wondering about using one of those small DC power converters on a
  +small, 20', power boat. You know the type that comes in various watt
  +ratings and attaches to a boat battery to give you a AC power outlet.
Thats called a inverter...and it'll suck a 12 volt battery flat in a 
heartbeat.
