Nope.  They are defending their "right to use" a very dangerous drug
which has been declared illegal by Congress on several occassions.  The
research done to back that up needs to be re-printed today, over and
over again, until those that are not addicted to the noxious weed
understand why those that are have this pseudo concern for the medially
ill.
Incidently, the police usually simply refuse to arrest them when they
find out about their use of marijuana.  That seems to be working just
fine.
