Actually, B1 isn't neccesary to accept incoming HST calls, B0 will do fine.
 B1 _is_ neccesary to force an HST outgoing call, and by flying an HST flag
I would be encouraging innocent young Australians to break the law. 
Subversion I think they call it :-)
