Supposedly, they're in England.  At my local Tennessee store, one of the 
employees was trying to sell something to an English tourist here for the 
Olympic games, and told him that if he didn't like it, he could return it at 
one of their British stores.
Of course, this was the same guy who told me my new scanner would be in 
yesterday...
