Hi, Denis! Recently you wrote in a message to All:
DM> As both a lender and then a Realtor with a combined Subj
DM> years experience I heartily disagree with that sentiment.
The original message in the COOKING echo said "45 years experience".
Although I realize you are practising English by rewording stuff you have read
elsewhere, I had to write down your subject heading before I was able to quote
it back to you because "#.,9" doesn't makes sense to me... especially when you
use it later to represent quite a different number.
In English we occasionally use nonsense characters to represent some
profanity or coarse language which the reporter doesn't want to spell out, but
the letter "x" is more often used WRT unspecified names & numbers.
DM> A.(nswer)1: The interest paid on commercial lenders

DM> And Yours A.?
I gather a Canadian with 45 years of related experience has answered
this question already. Personally, I'd take his word for it.... :-Q
