Take it easy with me on this one, Mark.  Baby steps.  Dialing prefix?
None?  Can this be done from its terminal mode, or does one need to
create a phone book?  Does one put "bbs.delta.com" in as the "phone
number?"  Does one have to pre-configure TFW to use winsock, rather
than the modem, so there's no fight with AOL's software over the COM
port?
(It would've been nice if Jeff had included specific instructions in
the documentation for those of us new to this way of using it.)
