I'm not surprised that you might have missed some of the message exchange 
here, given that you seem to have completely missed any of my messages in 
this echo concerning problems I was having with my Optima.
In any event, thanks in no small part to the very helpful people in the 
Cambridge office, most of those are now resolved and I've learned my lesson 
about dealing with Hayes support both in this echo and out of your Georgia 
office.
As you may have seen in messages I wrote earlier today, either TRM288.TXT 
*doesn't* contain "detailed descriptions of "AT" commands" as they apply to 
the Optima V.FC/V.34 modem, or your technicians make some of them up as they 
go along.
