We have a speed problem accessing the web server. Access to the web server
intranet) happens on a 10 MB LAN connection.

Often when starting a web browser it may take 60 sec to get the index.htm
page.

To speed up connection time, we have to restart HTTP with web manager. This
may take between 30 - 60 sec.  If we restart again after 2 sec it restarts
at once. Now for a short time users can access the web server without delay.

But in say 30 seconds access time falls down to 60 sec.

All the latest patches are installed.

Cache utilization statistics:
Short term cache hits: 100%
Short term dirty hits: 100%
Allocate wait: 0
Allocate still waiting:0

Cache buffers: 61%

The server is file and print server for about 50 workstations. No speed
problem there.
