You can get it from hobbes.nmsu.edu; it was in the os2/unix 
directory, but they're in the midst of a massive reorganization 
and it may have moved.  The web page has a nice search engine, 
though.

It shouldn't matter.  Elm doesn't need to know how the connection
is made, only that it exists.
