Ron I am in solid agreement with Denise and Richard on this subject.  I
was at a leadership seminar in Maryland and I can tell you a lot of
those articles had no basis in fact.  In fact, those tactics were being
fomented by Richard Blecker who at that time was head of Nac and his
agency cronies who headed the Minneapolis Society for the blind at the
time.  Besides, getting back to the original thread of this subject, I
think the dillin county chapter in South Carolina is doing well under
the leadership of Don Capps.
