Can be done... Check around at most sites that offer 'counters' and you'll
usually find that there is also a script for the forms as well.

Nope. All it will do is call up the other server that is providing the cgi
service. If that particular server goes offline for temporary or permanent
reasons (like moving to another location), then your form and any other
cgi-script won't work. There are several around. For a while I used
www.escati.com but found that the person running the server kept moving the
domain about every couple of months and I got tired of having to keep
checking the sites that I maintain that use the counters, time, and forms off
www.escati.com. So I went with the ones that our server finally started
providing.

The particular server will give you directions (you can even save the
particular script as clipboard and then edit into your html where you want
i.e website is in dir "mysite", can I put the

Not necessary... most call up 'href' just like the rest of your html should
for locations you wish to hyperlink to your site.
