Just a guess but going by the numbers you've posted, you could try the 
following:
F11  16800
F12  19200
F13  21600
F14  24000
F15  26400
F16  28800
F17  31200
F18  33600
Please let me know if this does work.  Going by the Rockwell and USR setups, 
this should work.
