I'm not totally sure, but I don't think that ISDN goes up to 100Mbps, which is what the uni is now supposed to be connected to the internet at. It used to be a 10Mbps half duplex connection until recently. One of the things that supports the idea that the modems are on ISDN is the fact that I almost always get very consistent Signal to Noise Ratios ranging from 36.4 dB up to 37.1dB.
