Ok, on windows using:

IE = 1 second
crazybrowser = 1 second
Maxthon = 1 second
Netscape 4.78 fails to render at all probably the css stuff.

On Knoppix 5

Firefox - 3 seconds
konqueror - 1 second

I did all tests with the browser running full screen, running it in a
window didn't seem to make any difference though.
