Yes, i've the same feeling... I don't think Linux/BSD is bad because many
people contributed at the source, anyway updates is controled by somekind
of authority, in the Linux case it's Torvalds himself.

I think it's a good thing, because maybe some people have another sight of
fx. a problem.
