They have.
There is an instruction book included with every modem thaey sell.
When they sent out the v.34 upgrade chips, they included a sheet that covered 
the new/added commands that the new standard had.
Some people complained that they should have reprinted the entire manual, 
because it was too easy to lose the sheet, but that would have been tooo 
expensive.
I simply wrote the necessary info from the update sheet on the "memo" page in 
the back of the book.
Took up about half the page bease I have sloppy handwriting.
I also taped the sheet to the inside front page of the manual.
No problem.
They also have many text files on their BBS that you can download with all 
the info and settings you want/need.
