Hello Dale, ' tis a nice day today.
DS> Any time:-}} Sorry for the delay in response -- I just got back
DS> from a week trip to the other coast for an echo function.
Glad to see you back, looks like you had a safe journey.
JP> more specific the BWRepfix. I found out that the archivers were

DS> I'm not certain just what you mean.
I had installed BW a second time in two different folders. A
messup. I got rid of one and by mistake again, I deleted the good one
and I had not noted the formulae for the archivers. But I had your
notes in .doc files and printed them to peruse. I did. The funny part
is that I had exactly done what you say ought to be done. There had to
be a bone somewhere but I was a at loss to find it. Every day, I would
try a .rep of a simple test reply and all of a sudden, it got properly
done and I was able to U/L a reply to Jeff G. in Win 95. Again, I am at
a loss to say why as for the last week or so, I had given up on trying
to doctor the different lines in Setup, things happen !!!
DS> OK. The only way I can really tell you what might be wrong is to
DS> see how you have things configured. Post the following info for me:
JP> I hope that you can find a minute to straighten this out.
I guess that BW knew that you were away, as soon as you got
back, it started to work again. Tee ! hee !
DS> The answer is written in the config files someplace.
For sure.
DS> If for some reason you do not want to post the info, send me an
DS> email with the word "owl" in the subject line -- that will make it
DS> get by my spam filters.
I have saved to a .doc file, your request for that information
and will get back to you on it. I will post it here as I make no secret
of my pearls of wisdom for FIDO. Thanks for the open addy.
