Russ,
That would be a function of your text editor. Check the docs on how to
import a file. You will likely have to mark the section containing the
message to which you want to reply, save it as a separate file, then
import that into the message base. I use LIST as a browser and SLED as
a text editor. Here's how I do it.
Call the SAVE message area into LIST.
Mark the beginning of the text you want to capture with .
Mark the end of the text you want to capture with .
Hit and save the msg with an unique name.
Now, in your OLR, go to "Enter mail in any area," and address
     your message.
At the first line of the message, hit and give the path and
filename of the text you want to import.
Hit at beginning of text, cursor down to end and hit
      again to mark the block.
HIt to return to the message, then hit to copy the
     message.
If you now want to remove the marks from the block, hit .
Now you have the old message and are ready to reply. Remember, unless
you saved it in quoted format, you'll have to clarify what is old and
what is the beginning of your reply.
Hope this helps.
