subject: Mini-CGI Scripting?

I have a question...
I have a web page, and it is served by Tripod (http://www.tripod.com) what
I am wondering is if you can add in a CGI or Perl script that basically takes
some type from a field, and send it to a internet address. For instance, I
want visitors to send information to me. What they do is that they enter
text, and click the "Send" button on the bottom of the web page, and it send
the info to me, and they get into the part of the web page that requires them
to enter it. If anyone has a answer, or a CGI or Perl script to accompany
their answer, Please send back here!
Thanks
-Spencer
