Er, have you tried reading documentation?

$a will be replaced by the archive file to extract from archive;
$p will be replaced by the path to unpacked files (usually tempoutbound);
$f will be replaced by the description file name if any (used by htick, see
'FileDescName' token; possibly other husky programs).

e.g.: unpack "unzip -joLqq $a -d $p $f" 0 504b0304
