Dan Ceppa has been given a One Week vacation from this echo, he is not
allowed to post here until 01/18/2006. I suspect he provoked this on
purpose so as to prove that some people are getting away with things while
others are not.

WRONG.

Do not write messages to him, reply to him or talk about him in the open
echo until his vacation is over.

Also look for echo rule modifications shortly.
