i wasn't going anywhere with it... just stating that i know that it is the
renemail sources because i've seen them when i've been asked to look at a
problem or two he's run into making changes to them... i don't consider
renemail to be part of the renegade sources because renegade will operate just
find without renemail... it just won't do FTN ops...

personally speaking, i think it would be better for renemail to be fixed and
brought more into line with FTN ops... this because renemail is a "double
tosser" and still requires another FTN mail tosser to toss between PKT and
MSG... when renemail can read and write PKTs directly, it would be so much
better... plus adding FTN options directly into renegade so that it creates the
control lines that FTN uses instead of shoehorning them in as an after
thought...

but since it isn't my project and i've never been on a renegade board (AFAIK)
i'll just leave it at that...
