I  would like to give a couple of senior managers the  rights  to 
add users  and change passwords under Novell 3.12, but  I  don't 
want  to  give them full supervisor status on   the  system.  Can 
anyone  advise whether this is possible, and if so, how to do  it 
(detailed steps).
