We had similar here, some years ago... not sure anymore how long ago. 
Found out later that we'd had it.

And so far for the season we still have only 5.2 inches!  We've had
about 7 inches more than normal precipitation for 2006, the paper said
today, though.  So I guess lack of snow this year won't make for a dry
water table this summer...  ;>

Hasn't happened here yet... and the forecast doesn't look like it's
