If you're reading, Russell, I'd be interested to see what sort of a connect
you can achieve to my system down here in Sydney.
As for the USR 57.6k, from what I heard today, one side of the link needs
to be running a Macrolink, which blows all chances of a 57600/57600 PSTN
link out of the water.

I can manage a 31200/31200 connect to M34Fs, but seemingly not 33600. I
can't remember the reason for this. Can anybody refresh my memory? I recall
that it had something to do with the symbol rate; 3429 being necessary for
33.6k.
Comments, anyone?
