It's not a case of asking to leave,at one point the group got
"to big". What that means is that most people weren't taking part.
A couple of problems came from this 1) those who were taking part
felt like they couldn't open up with strangers. 2) it began to lose
the support geoup feeling and starting to be "just a E-MAIL list".
In May I started to do ROLLCALL,what this ment was the first
Saturday of the month I sent out a ROLLCALL letter. In it the
members were asked to reply or be removed from the list. In the
first ROLLCALL the group went from 60+ to 30 members. When I moved
from Delphi I had alot of problems with the new system, most have
   been corrected.
Here's a couple of the changes, each letter goes out as a letter
to the group,on Delphi each days mail was made into one letter. When
replying to a letter you now have a choice, hit reply and it is sent
directly to the letters author or send a reply to the group via
recovery@usa1.com One more change, each letter has a three day life.
If the latter is not read in three days it self deletes.

I'll add your name back today Bill,I hope anyone else who reads
this and thinks they may be interested writes to.

     Phil
