I'm not complaining about it.  I'm pointing to evideence that the true nature
of 'chown' seems to elude most people.  It's root-only but it isn't in /sbin
and it's ugo+x when 'g' and 'o' aren't supposed to run it?  

These guys need to make up their minds.
