My kids had a simular experience in Montreal when my mother in law took
them on a trip to there many years ago.  If I recall correctly the worst
one ever recorded was along the Mississippi back in the late 1800's.

Yep.  I've seen it happen before a few times with the same software.  I
pointed out a few bugs and got heavily attacked by a few twerps who thought
I didn't know better.  Some people and their kids are really lousy at
dealing with problems they create.  They can keep it.
