Its on my list to do this... but other things have sidetracked that....namely
fixing wide terminal, done, but still in an issue with the internal editor for
wide terminals. Reading works.. the IE barfs seg fauls and core dumps on
replies... :(  It probably is the same buffer issue, I just have to find the
right definition to enlarge it.

So I have to dig some more for V2.0..

As for the pi and ARMHF compiling

Start with:

sudo apt-get install build-essential

Then....

sudo apt-get install libncurses5 libncurses5-dev libtinfo5

Start there... I think some of the others listed for requirements are part of
gcc which should come in with build-essential...

I can not give my more complete answer as I just have not gotten to this task
on my list..

Please keep us updated with your success or failures, so we can put together a
full and complete recipe for other to use on the Pi(s) and others can be spared
the hassles.
