I did all that.. I followed every instruction to the letter.. I can usually
trouble shoot why something breaks when it compiles but when it comes down to
code base errors I'm useless. I haven't written a line of code in over 25
years.

what I am finding a lot with older code is the usage of strcpy() being out of
date and wanting to use strlcpy() which uses 3 arguments instead of 2

I'll try it once more time after the machine is done updates
