I've seen others with similar problems.  I don't remember
the answer, but a seach of http://www.dejanews.com/ in the
comp.os.netware.* heirarchy might show some hits. 
comp.os.netware.* is also a better place to post than
fido.novell, there is a lot more traffic and more people
watching.

Also, searching the knowledgebase at
http://support.novell.com/search/kb_index.htm might be
useful.  Always a good place to look for help.
